Nicole is a Florida native who grew up in Tampa and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Stetson University. From there, she went on to pursue her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Western New England University in Massachusetts. While pursuing her master’s degree, she worked at The New England Center for Children. Her time was spent within a residential home for teenage boys as a teacher, shift manager, and residential coordinator; as well as  on the Early Intervention team specializing in home-based therapy for 2-3 year olds. Since moving back to Florida and gaining her certification as a BCBA in 2013, she lead a school for children with Autism in Ocala and worked as an independent contractor delivering home-based therapy to children of various ages.  She is passionate about delivering high quality and compassionate services to children and their families.
